Omega Z Advisors is not a licensed reseller for any training vendor. Clients get independent advice. No third-party contracts block clients from getting what they need. Short presentations to extended workshops are available. We also can work as training advisors. Clients are not obliged to purchase training from us.

Mike Lehr has extensive experience in all four aspects of training: design, development, delivery and direction. This ensures a holistic view of training needs and open “train the trainer” approaches. No third-party contracts block clients from getting their trainers what they need.

Some people collect knowledge the same way others collect unused home improvement tools and kitchen utensils. Knowledge is not power until it is thought through and put to use. Our training encourages participants to put their knowledge to use. It is a sales-based approach to training.

Presentations

Our training overlays well with existing training for any job function. It answers the question: How do we help the people in this job function become better influencers and problem solvers? This will focus on training such as:

Generally, these presentations run one to four hours depending upon the amount of interaction the client would like to see.

Workshops

Workshops run from four hours to full days. They can span over a period of time as a series within a curriculum or act as the curriculum. As with our presentations, our workshops overlay well with existing training for any job function. The primary difference is the level of engagement and detail.

Workshop are ideal for presenting material where the emphasis is on using what the participant learns or already knows. They are very effective for following up existing training that only received limited attention or use.

Training Advice

We help clients design, develop, deliver and direct their own training. They are not obligated to purchase training from us to secure comprehensive advice.

Mike Lehr is especially helpful in refreshing older content. He is well versed on the latest research on human behavior and neuroscience. Mike believes the biggest advancements we will see in the next decade will be in understanding human behavior and motivation.
